I paid and astronomical amount of money for this stair lift and I am extremely disappointed with it. We really appreciate the time you took to leave such a thoughtful review of our service! The salesman came the day after we called to ask about the system and the next day they sent out a man to test our water to see what we needed. The very next day we had our system put in. The person installing the system was very good and friendly.
I hope the product lives up to their presentations and our expectations. I'm in the same boat as all these other complaints unfulfilled warranty request going on 3-years and nothing has been done about it. What I think is funny the BBB revoked New Leafs Accreditation; however if you look on their website they are still saying they still have their Accreditation. I guess I'm disappointed in this whole process.
He went the extra mile to insure our satisfaction with his work. I am very disappointed with this stair lift. The lift was designed by their team to land on the upper stair with very little room for a walker to navigate by the stairway. The lift had plenty of room for it to come up on the landing and nest around the corner leaving room for walkers to navigate the stairs.
