The installer John was very detail oriented and made our installation perfect. Newleaf should have their contractor license revoked by the state. Perhaps a class action lawsuit would help resolve the issues. Threatening Newleaf with legal action does not seem to cause any motivation to fix the issues.

I had heard that I could get a quote and make a decision at a different time. He told me the decision had to be made immediately. No clean up whatsoever after installation.
